About The Event

Over the last ten years as a consultant, former executive and college professor Marty Rogoff has worked with a diverse group of companies to identify and prepare the organizations’ next generations of leaders. Focusing first on what the companies will need from their leaders in the future, he then identifies middle managers and first-level supervisors who, with the help of learning programs and coaching, can ensure that the organizations have pipelines of future talent. Through a program of strategic “people” planning, assessments, workshops and one-on-one coaching, supervisors and middle managers become more productive almost immediately, taking pressure and responsibility from senior managers and readying themselves for future leadership roles.

Marty returned to his hometown of Harrisburg in 2014 after a career in management positions with companies as large as Bloomingdale’s and as small as start-ups. From 2006-2008, Marty was a Visiting Professor of Retailing and Marketing at Philadelphia University.

Marty has a BA in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA in Management from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
