Stressed out? Not motivated? Feeling restless? Take just 30 minutes to bring balance and energy to your body, mind, and breath. This is a great way to alleviate stress and anxiety. The great thing about this yoga practice is that there are no props necessary and it's great for all experience levels, including beginners! Modifications will be provided throughout the sequence, so you’ll always have options for your ability. If you don’t have a yoga mat, a towel or carpeted surface will do just fine.
