EOS Worldwide Workshop: Leading + Managing + Accountability

West Shore Young Professionals invites you to attend our upcoming Leading + Managing = Accountability Workshop. This four-hour workshop will take place 8 am - 12 pm at the Members1st Headquarters in Enola. The session will be led by Brian White, an experienced EOS Implementer, who will provide effective strategies to manage, lead, and hold staff and colleagues accountable. 

Light breakfast refreshments will be provided.

This interactive workshop offers lessons and activities to help each participant determine their leadership style and identify how they can use their strengths while managing their team and holding them accountable. Participants will learn how to manage and lead confidently, apply successful EOS tools, develop their own systems to measure performance and build an effective team culture.
