EOS Worldwide Workshop: Leading + Managing + Accountability

West Shore Young Professionals invites you to attend our upcoming Leading + Managing = Accountability Workshop. This four-hour workshop will take place 8 am - 12 pm at the Members1st Headquarters in Enola. The session will be led by Brian White, an experienced EOS Implementer, who will provide effective strategies to manage, lead, and hold staff and colleagues accountable. 

Light breakfast refreshments will be provided.

This interactive workshop offers lessons and activities to help each participant determine their leadership style and identify how they can use their strengths while managing their team and holding them accountable. Participants will learn how to manage and lead confidently, apply successful EOS tools, develop their own systems to measure performance and build an effective team culture.

In the end, participants will come away with new skills and techniques they can use to boost their own Performance and that of their team. Brian's Bio

Brian began his entrepreneurial journey at a young age. By 12 he was designing placemats for a local diner out of his bedroom. Later in his professional career, he led entrepreneurial businesses in sizes ranging from 7 to more than 170 employees, across multiple industries.

While struggling to build and lead exceptional teams, he realized the need to learn from others. In 2012 he joined C12, a Christian business owner peer group, where he learned from and worked alongside more than 30 diverse business owners. Two powerful results were realized… His team grew the business 3X in revenue and consistently dropped more than 20% to the bottom line. And, Brian began to develop a heart for serving other leaders as he noticed the common challenges shared by members of the group.

Now Brian’s passion is to use his 3,500+ hours of EOS experience and 400+ session days working alongside entrepreneurial teams to help other leaders implement this holistic system allowing them to live their ideal lives. Lives that exist outside of the office. Lives that can now have a positive impact on their families, churches, and communities. Lives with a purpose, that is enabled by a system, EOS.
