Designing Your Road Map to Personal Achievement

This interactive workshop is designed for professionals who find themselves busy day in and day out but lack an overall sense of accomplishment. Participants will explore their purpose, beliefs, and experiences to build a foundation designed to create and achieve goals in all areas of their lives. Attendees will also identify obstacles that can prohibit success while learning strategies to build momentum and have meaning for months and years to come.

Steve is a lecturer in the International Business & Management department at Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. He is also the owner of Steve Riccio Coaching & Consulting, an organizational development firm focused on the development of individuals and teams to achieve their true potential. Steve earned his doctoral degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Educational Leadership in Higher Education. He is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
