Kelli Gift is an accomplished CPA. The Managing Partner of PaySmart Payroll Services in Mechanicsburg, PA is a champion of small business. Kelli is also the owner of Striving 2 Thrive, in which she helps business owners hire and engage employees based on the outcomes of the Kolbe assessment she administers. Kelli is a certified Kolbe consultant, administering hundreds of Kolbe assessments on an annual basis as a respected expert in the professional services industry.

Kelli has been recognized by The Central Penn Business Journal twice as a Woman of Influence, she recently was awarded Businesswoman of the Year by The Businesswomen’s Forum and is a Nominee at this year’s Kolbe conference in November. Born and raised in Central PA, Kelli is a graduate of Shippensburg University and Central Dauphin East.

Kelli Gift believes in giving back to the community and is passionate in increasing leadership opportunities with students which is why she Chaired the local Junior Leadership Program (Leadership Cumberland) for many years. She participates in other efforts with her team at PaySmart. She is involved with her church, and the non-profit “Someone To Tell it To.”

When Kelli is not busy working or volunteering, you can find her spending time with her husband in one of two of their homes which include Hilton Head, South Carolina. She enjoys taking trips with her spouse, Steve, that include seeing new destinations and visiting one of their four adult sons that live on the West Coast.
