LINDA FEDRIZZI-WILLIAMS

President of Central Penn College

Linda Fedrizzi-Williams, Ed. D., is the President of Central Penn College. Since joining the Central Penn family in July 2016 as Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs and then becoming president in July 2018, Dr. Fedrizzi-Williams’ focus has been on improving the student learning experience both inside and outside of the classroom; supporting students academically and personally is a top priority for her, as is addressing college affordability for parents and students.

 

Since becoming president, she has developed an innovative Strategic Plan, added additional student supports, including a Centralized Advising Center and a Learning Center, introduced a free-housing initiative to allow students to live on campus with no out-of-pocket expense, and added a food pantry for students on campus.

 

Dr. Fedrizzi-Williams has a Doctorate of Education from Benedictine University, a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication from Marist College, a Bachelor of Arts in Communication (TV/Radio/Film) from Marist College, and an Associate of Arts from SUNY Orange.

 

Prior to working in higher education, Dr. Fedrizzi-Williams was the executive producer and morning show co-host on a popular radio station in the Hudson Valley region of NY. Dr. Fedrizzi-Williams and her husband, Glen, have two sons, Jake and Luke, and a spoiled Weimaraner named Oakley.

Committed to giving back, he volunteers for charitable causes and serves on the board at Harrisburg Academy, West Shore Young Professionals, and the Cumberland Area Economic Development Corporation.

Vice President of Business Development at Sandler Training in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Deb helps business owners and salespeople struggling to fill the pipeline, shorten the sales cycle, close more business, and increase margin by focusing on attitudes, behaviors and techniques for business growth.  

An avid rock climber, Deb finds many parallels between sales and climbing and shares tips for business success on LinkedIn. It’s all about the “sales climb” and how we get from where we are to where we want to be.

Bill Feist
Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer

As a senior executive, Bill is responsible for the development and management of lending and deposit relationships initiatives throughout the Bank’s footprint. Bill’s teams are the primary revenue drivers for the Bank.


Bill graduated from Shippensburg University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, majoring in Finance. He earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Harrisburg Area Community College and is a graduate of the Central Atlantic Advanced School of Banking.  


An active community volunteer and graduate of Leadership Harrisburg Area, Bill currently serves on the Finance Committee of the United Way of the Capital Region. Bill is the immediate past Treasurer of the United Way of the Capital Region and served on the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee, and Chair of the Finance Committee. He is a member of the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors serving as Past-Chairman of the Commercial Council.

As a lead member of the firm’s Business Valuation Team, David performs thorough, quality valuations for a variety of purposes

David gained valuation knowledge through years of study and practical experience. He has earned the Certified Valuation Analyst credential, which is granted only to qualified, experienced individuals after completing an intensive training and testing process.

In addition to valuations, David provides tax, accounting, and consulting services. He has 14 years of experience in audit, taxation, and valuation.

David was named a 40 Under Forty honoree by the NACVA in 2020. In addition to his client responsibilities, he serves as a member of the firm's Practice Development Committee.

Dawn Sizer, CEO
3rd Element Consulting

Dawn is a CEO and technologist with security, training, and policy specializations and certifications. She can make complex technical information relatable to any audience. 3rd Element is in its 16th year of business and in the last few years has gone national. Her clients span verticals from government to cannabis and everything in between. 

 

Dawn holds an MBA in IT, as well as a long string of industry-standard certifications. In her free time, she serves as a board member and President (July 22) of her local Rotary club, and as an Advisory Board member with The Channel Company (CRN), Gradient MSP, and DataStream CyberInsurance.

 

Dawn has been married for more than

25 years to her husband and partner in

everything. They have two adult boys and

a fuzzy-eared dog named Pilot.
